Derrick Dike is a seasoned UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) Technology Leader with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. With a career spanning engineering, product management, and sales leadership, Derrick has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
Derrick previously held the roles of both Director of UCaaS and Director of Product at BCM One, a $500m company. Here, he oversaw the strategic acquisition of Arena One, seamlessly integrating its Broadsoft platform and datacenters into BCM One’s portfolio. His forward-thinking approach led to the establishment of robust support and engineering teams, and the doubling of initial growth estimates for UCaaS business.
Derrick’s leadership is marked by his commitment to cross-functional collaboration, innovative product strategies, and comprehensive training programs that focus on customer success.
